The gross expense ratio of the Fund’s investor class is 1.41%, and the net expense ratio after contractual fee waivers is 1.24%. The gross expense ratio of the Fund’s institutional class is 1.22%, and the net expense ratio after contractual fee waivers is 1.05%. The Fund’s ninety day redemption fee is 2.00%.

The ratio is calculated by taking the free cash flow per share divided by the share price. Free cash flow yield is similar in nature to the earnings yield metric, which is usually meant to measure GAAP earnings per share divided by share price.
